Wilfred de Souza (23 April 1927 – 4 September 2015) was a physician and political figure in the Indian state of Goa. Trained and known as a surgeon, he later entered electoral politics and led three short-lived administrations as Chief Minister of Goa in the 1990s: 18 May 1993–2 April 1994, 8 April 1994–16 December 1994 and 30 July 1998–26 November 1998. His career bridged medical practice and public service during a period of frequent coalition shifts in the state.
