Sagami (jap. 相模国, Sagami no kuni) or Sōshū (相州) was one of the historical provinces of Japan. It was located on a large part of present-day Kanagawa Prefecture (excluding the cities of Yokohama and Kawasaki). Sagami bordered Izu, Kai, Musashi and Suruga.

The old capital (kokufu) was located near modern Hiratsuka.

During the Kamakura period, the city of Kamakura in the province was the seat of the ruling shogunate and was thus the political and cultural center of the country. In the Sengoku period, the main castle of Sagami was at Odawara, but mostly it was co-ruled by the larger neighboring province of Musashi.
