Manfred Stolpe (16 May 1936 – 29 December 2019) was a German politician and public administrator best known for his long service in the state of Brandenburg and for a cabinet post in the federal government. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he led the newly reconstituted state government after German reunification and later served as Federal Minister of Transport, Building and Housing.

Stolpe was born in Stettin (today Szczecin) on 16 May 1936.
