Louis Carl "Lou" Dobbs (born September 24, 1945) is a television journalist, business writer and news anchor. He was the host of the program Lou Dobbs Tonight on the Fox Business Network. The show was cancelled in February 2021.
Before Fox, Dobbs was an anchor, managing editor, an executive vice president at CNN. Dobbs is an award-winning journalist.
He has won an Emmy, a Peabody Award and a Luminary Award (from the Business Journalism Review).
