Ivan Koloff — Canadian professional wrestler and former WWWF World Heavyweight Champion

Active in the ring from 1961 until 1994, Ivan Koloff was a professional wrestler born Oreal Perras on August 25, 1942. He began life in Montreal, in the Canadian province of Quebec, and was identified publicly as a Canadian athlete.

Koloff performed under his ring name and was frequently billed as "The Russian Bear". During his career he reached the top of the sport by winning the WWWF World Heavyweight Championship once, a title that marked a major milestone in his professional record.
