Marshall County is a county located in the northern part of the U.S. state of Mississippi. The 2010 census recorded a population of 37,144 residents. The county's administrative center, or county seat, is Holly Springs.
Name
The county was named in honor of John Marshall, who served as Chief Justice of the United States.
