Hukum Singh (5 April 1938 – 3 February 2018) was an Indian politician best known for representing the Kairana constituency in Uttar Pradesh in the Lok Sabha. A senior leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he played an active role in parliamentary committees and local politics in western Uttar Pradesh. Rooted in a rural constituency, Singh's political interests reflected local concerns such as farming, irrigation and law-and-order issues. He cultivated a reputation as a constituency-focused parliamentarian who emphasized development projects and government schemes that could benefit small farmers and towns in Kairana, Uttar Pradesh. Local ties were a central part of his public image and electoral appeal.
