Ayman Odeh (Arabic: أيمن عودة, Hebrew: איימן עודה; born 1 January 1975 in Haifa) is an Israeli Arab lawyer and politician. He is widely known as a leading figure of Hadash and as a prominent representative of the Joint List, an electoral alliance of several Arab-majority political parties in Israel.

Odeh grew up in Haifa in a family from the Arab community of Israel. He trained as a lawyer and worked in legal and civic roles before entering national politics.
