Thomas Aloysius Finlay (17 September 1922 – 3 December 2017) was a prominent Irish jurist and former politician. He was born in Dublin and over a long career held several of the State's most senior judicial offices. Finlay's public life combined a period in elected politics with a sustained influence on Ireland's court system through the latter half of the 20th century.
