Stephen Lee "Steve" Viksten (July 19, 1960 – June 23, 2014) was an American television producer, writer and voice actor. He is best known for his creative work on the Nickelodeon network animated series Hey Arnold!, where he served as a writer, producer and the voice of the character Oskar Kokoshka. Viksten contributed to the tone and humor of several popular 1990s cartoons and remained active in television animation into the 2010s.
