Sabeen Mahmud (Urdu: سبین محمود) was a Pakistani human rights activist and social NGO worker. She was the founder and director of the Karachi-based cafe The Second Floor (T2F) and president of the Karachi branch of TiE.
On 24 April 2015, she was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Karachi while on her way home after attending a seminar.
