Al-Qalyubiyya (Arabic محافظة القليوبية Muhāfazat al-Qalyūbīya, DMG Muḥāfaẓat al-Qalyūbīya, Egyptian Arabic Muḥāfẓet El Alyobeya), also Qalyubia, is a governorate in Egypt located in the southern Nile Delta.

It borders al-Gharbiyya governorate to the north, ash-Sharqiyya governorate to the east, al-Qahira governorate to the south, and al-Minufiyya governorate to the west. The administrative center is Banha. The governorate has 5,627,420 inhabitants.
