This is a Chinese name; the family name is Ng.

Ng Jui Ping (17 October 1948 – 1 January 2020) was a Singaporean entrepreneur and army general. He was the second Chief of Defence Force (CDF) of the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) from 1992 to 1995. He also served as Chief of Army from 1990 to 1992. He held the rank of lieutenant-general. Ng was also the vice-president of the Football Association of Singapore.

Ng died on 1 January 2020 at the age of 71 of pancreatic cancer.
