Leo Carbol (born June 5, 1910 – died November 13, 1991) was a Canadian ice hockey defenceman who made six appearances in the National Hockey League with the Chicago Black Hawks.
Playing career
Carbol spent the bulk of his professional career with the St. Louis Flyers, skating across twelve seasons split between the American Hockey Association and the American Hockey League. In addition to his long tenure in St. Louis, he had a one-season spell with the Minneapolis Millers, played twenty games for the Buffalo Majors (AHA), and also turned out for the Detroit Olympics of the IHL.
Although his time in the NHL was brief, Carbol carved out a lengthy career in the North American minor leagues, where he was a regular presence on the blue line throughout the 1930s and into the 1940s.
