Krystyna Waleria Sienkiewicz (14 February 1935 – 12 February 2017) was a Polish actress and singer whose career spanned stage, film and musical performance. Born in Ostrów Mazowiecka, she began working professionally in the mid-1950s and became a familiar presence in Polish cinema and theatrical life for several decades.

Career and artistic range

Sienkiewicz started her career in 1955 and made her first film appearance in Farewells (Pożegnania, 1958), directed by Wojciech Has.
