He transferred to FC Slovan Liberec, where he developed into a regular starter and contributed to his side’s domestic campaigns. In 2016 he signed for AC Sparta Prague, one of the country’s most successful clubs, appearing in league and cup competitions. In early 2019 he moved to Turkish Süper Lig side Alanyaspor, where he was part of the squad at the time of his death.

Style of play
Primarily a forward, Šural combined physical presence with movement off the ball. Coaches and commentators often described him as hard-working and team-oriented: he could operate as a lone striker or alongside another forward, contribute with headers from crosses and create chances through runs in behind defenders. His adaptability allowed him to play in different tactical setups at club and international level.

On 29 April 2019, Šural was involved in a road accident when the team minibus overturned while travelling near the Turkish coastal town of Alanya. He was taken to hospital following the crash and died of his injuries later that day. Seven other players were reported injured.
