José María Setién Alberro (18 March 1928 – 10 July 2018) was a Spanish Roman Catholic prelate. He was born in Hernani, Spain. He was auxiliary bishop of San Sebastián between 1972 and 1979, and bishop between 1979 and 2000.
In 2003 he was awarded by the Gold Medal of Guipúzcoa.
Setién died on 10 July 2018 after suffering a stroke in San Sebastián, Spain at aged 90.
