City of London School for Girls (CLSG) is a private school for girls aged 7-18 in London, England. It was started by William Ward in 1894.
It is associated with the City of London School (a boys day school) and the City of London Freemen's School (a boys and girls day and boarding school).
97% of A Level results are A*-B grades. Over 50% study Maths at A Level. 30% get into Oxford or Cambridge. Famous women who went there include Dido, Tasmin Lucia-Khan, Hermione Lee, and Romola Garai. Charlotte Barbour-Condini is currently a student, who was a finalist for BBC, Young Musician of the Year, on 2012.
