Christine Kaseba is a Zambian physician, surgeon and politician. She served as First Lady of Zambia from September 2011 until October 2014 while married to President Michael Sata. Following his death in office on 28 October 2014 she became his widow.

Kaseba is a long-serving clinician at the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka, where she has practised as a surgeon with a focus on obstetrics and gynaecology. Her professional background is rooted in clinical medicine and surgical care for women.
