Tiffany "Jill" Arrington (born July 27, 1972) is an American sportscaster who has held on-air roles for several major networks, including work for Fox Sports. She is known for sideline reporting, feature pieces and studio hosting across football, tennis and other sports broadcasts.

Early life and education

Arrington was born in Conyers, Georgia. She attended the University of Miami, where she studied Journalism and Political Science, preparing for a career in sports media and reporting.

Broadcasting career

Over the years Arrington has served in a variety of reporting and hosting roles. On Fox she was a feature reporter for Fox NFL Sunday and co-hosted NFL Under the Helmet. She has also presented and contributed to shows for other networks.

Early in her television career she covered the Arena Football League for TNN, acting as both a studio host and a field reporter. At CBS Sports she worked as a sideline reporter and served as a court reporter for tennis broadcasts, appearing on productions such as Tennis on CBS and SEC on CBS, and contributed features for the network's pregame show The NFL Today.

Arrington later took on the lead sideline reporter role for ESPN College Football, working alongside commentators including Mike Tirico and Kirk "Herbie" Herbstreit. She has hosted a number of shows and segments for Fox; examples include programs such as Totally NASCAR, Verizon NFL Mobile Updates, College Football Saturday Preview, and the news brief FoxSportsFlash. In 2012 she was added to the on-air roster for the NBA on TNT.

Recognition

In 2001 Arrington received attention in popular media when she was named "Sexiest Sportscaster" by Playboy magazine.

Personal life

Arrington is the aunt of actresses Dakota and Elle Fanning.
