Cynthia Jane "Cindy" Williams (August 22 1947) is an American movie and television actress. She has starred in many television series and movies. She is best known for starring in the television sitcom Laverne & Shirley (1976 to 1982) and playing Laurie in the 1973 movie American Graffiti.
