Robert Lane "Bob" Saget (May 17, 1956 – January 9, 2022) was an American comedian and actor. He was best known for his appearances on television as Danny Tanner on Full House and the original host of America's Funniest Home Videos. He was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2014 for a comedy album that he made.
