William Ernest "Bill" Lucas DFC (16 January 1917 – 24 March 2018) was a British long-distance runner and Second World War Royal Air Force veteran. Athletic career

Lucas was active as a long-distance athlete in the years surrounding the Second World War and resumed competitive running after military service.
