Alessandro Minuto-Rizzo (born 10 September 1940) is an Italian career diplomat best known for senior roles in transatlantic and European security institutions. He served as NATO Deputy Secretary General from 2001 until 2007 and was acting Secretary General of NATO from 17 December 2003 to 1 January 2004.
