Zakaria Ben Mustapha (7 July 1925 – 4 June 2019) was a Tunisian politician and public servant. Born in Tunis, he held several prominent posts at both regional and national levels over a career that spanned the 1960s through the 1980s.

He was affiliated with the Socialist Destourian Party and later the Democratic Constitutional Rally. During his career he was regarded as an ally of the President Habib Bourguiba, a central figure in Tunisia's post-independence politics.
