Richard Le Hir was a French-born Canadian lawyer and Parti Québécois politician who represented Iberville in Quebec's National Assembly (1994–1998) and remained active in public life until his death in 2018.

Richard Le Hir (July 9, 1947 – November 4, 2018) was a French-born Canadian lawyer and provincial politician. Born near Paris in Versailles, he was raised in Montreal and became known for his participation in Quebec public life during the 1990s. He served one term as the member for Iberville in the National Assembly of Quebec and was affiliated with the Parti Québécois.
