Aydın Aybay (1929 – 6 March 2013) was a Turkish professor of civil law, a writer and a lawyer. He played an active role in building legal education in Turkey and was among the founders of the Istanbul University Faculty of Political Sciences, the Maltepe University Faculty of Law and the Cumhuriyet Foundation.
