Susumu Hara (Japanese: 原 進, Hepburn: Hara Susumu; born January 8, 1947 — died April 28, 2015) was a Japanese athlete who first made his name in rugby before becoming a professional wrestler. In the ring he was best known by the stage name Ashura Hara (阿修羅・原).
