Joseph Hardin Coulombe (June 3, 1930 – February 28, 2020) was an American entrepreneur. His most famous thing he ever did was when he founded the grocery store chain Trader Joe's in 1967. He was born in San Diego, California on June 3, 1930. He was educated at Stanford University.
Coulombe died on February 28, 2020 in Pasadena, California at the age of 89. Joseph died of a long illness. The illness that caused his death is unknown or unstated.
