Ivan Katardžiev (Bulgarian: Иван Катарджиев; Macedonian: Иван Катарџиев) (January 6, 1926 – December 1, 2018) was a Macedonian historian. He was called the country's most important expert on the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization and the Macedonian history under Yugoslavia as well as the early years of independence.

Katardžiev was also director of the Institute for National History.

Katadžiev died on December 1, 2018 in Skopje, North Macedonia at the age of 92.
