Billy Harrell was an American multi-sport athlete who played college basketball for Siena and appeared in Major League Baseball with the Cleveland Indians and Boston Red Sox in the 1950s–1961.

Harrell attended Siena College, where he was a member of the Siena Saints basketball program.
