The single's B-side features Rock and Roll Widow. The music video, shot in New York City, was directed by Mark Robinson. The music video won Best Female Video at the 1985 MTV Video Music Awards.
In 1992, the track served as the soundtrack to the film Tina - What's Love Got to Do with It? and was also used as a namesake.
