Virgilio Caballero Pedraza (1942–2019)

Early life and media work

Caballero was born in Tampico, in the state of Tamaulipas. He trained and worked in journalism and later expanded into media research and program production. Throughout his career he worked in radio and television and contributed to debates about the role of public media in Mexican society.
