Vännäs

Vännäs is a place (tätort) in the Swedish province of Västerbottens län and the historical province of Västerbotten. Vännäs is located 28 km northwest of Umeå and is the main town of the municipality of the same name.
Vännäs is crossed by Stambanan genom övre Norrland, Riksväg 92 and Europastråde 12, and the Vindelälven flows into the Ume älv at Vännäs.
