Terje Moe Gustavsen — Norwegian politician and road administration director

Career and principal offices

Gustavsen served as Norway's Minister of Transport and Communications from 2000 to 2001 in the government of that period. In 2007 he was appointed director of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens vegvesen), the state agency charged with planning, construction and operation of national roads. He remained in that post until his death in 2019, combining technical, regulatory and managerial responsibilities over more than a decade.
