Teofil Codreanu (1 February 1941 – 10 January 2016) was a Romanian footballer noted for his role as an attacking midfielder. Over a professional career centered on club football in Romania, he gained recognition for his technical ability and creativity in the attacking third. Codreanu later became a respected figure among supporters and peers for his contributions on and off the pitch.

Club career

Codreanu spent the principal part of his playing days with Rapid București, where he became well known to followers of the club.
