Belton O'Neal Compton Jr. (February 5, 1951 – February 18, 2019) was an American actor and businessman. He was born in Sumter, South Carolina. He studied at Clemson University. He became popular in the 1990s for his roles in Deep Impact, Roadracers and in Kill Me Later.
Compton died at a hospital in Columbia, South Carolina on February 18, 2019 at the age of 68.
