Marc Lincoln Marks (February 12, 1927 – February 28, 2018) was an American politician. He was a member of the Republican Party. Marks served as a member of the United States House of Representatives representing Pennsylvania's 24th congressional district from 1977 to 1983.
In 1994, Bill Clinton nominated Marks as Commissioner of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission.
Marks was born in Farrell, Pennsylvania. He studied at University of Alabama and at University of Virginia. Marks died on February 28, 2018 in Chevy Chase, Maryland at the age of 91.
