Lev Navrozov (Russian: Лев Наврозов; 26 November 1928 – 22 January 2017) was a Russian writer, historian and polemicist. He was a leading translator of Russian texts into English under the Soviet regime. He moved to the United States in 1972. He later published a best-selling memoir, The Education of Lev Navrozov. He became a Soviet dissident.

Navrozov had Parkinson's disease. He died on 22 January 2017 in Brooklyn, New York, at the age of 88.
