LDV Pilot — British light commercial van and minibus (1993–2006)

Design and characteristics

The Pilot featured a forward-control cab and an enclosed load area that could be specified with different roof heights and lengths. It was engineered to be adaptable, with options for glazed windows, additional seating and simplified access for loading and passenger entry. Its straightforward layout made it a common base for tradespeople, delivery operators and community transport providers.
