John Albert "Kayo" Dottley (August 25, 1928 – November 17, 2018) was an American football fullback in the National Football League. He played for the Chicago Bears from 1951 to 1953. He was born in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dottley died at a hospital in Vicksburg, Mississippi from complications of pneumonia on November 17, 2018 at the age of 90.
