John Harry "Jack" Hampshire (10 February 1941 – 1 March 2017) was a prominent figure in English cricket in the second half of the 20th century. Playing career

Hampshire's county career spanned more than two decades. He played the bulk of his first-class cricket for Yorkshire from the early 1960s through 1981, and finished his domestic playing days with Derbyshire in the early 1980s.
