Amby Fogarty
Irish footballer and manager Amby Fogarty (1933–2016) was a midfielder who played in Ireland and England and later managed several League of Ireland clubs, remembered for a long career spanning the 1950s–1970s.
Ambrose Gerald "Amby" Fogarty (11 September 1933 – 3 January 2016) was an Irish professional football player and manager. Over a playing career that extended from the early 1950s into the 1970s he operated principally as a midfielder, appearing with clubs in both the League of Ireland and the English Football League and later taking up several managerial posts in the Irish game.
