Ellen Joyce Loo (27 March 1986 – 5 August 2018) was a Canadian-born Hong Kong singer-songwriter. She was a founding member of the electrofolk and cantopop musical group at17. Loo was born in Toronto.
Loo was diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2013. She died after falling from her apartment building in Hong Kong on 5 August 2018, at the age of 32.
