Camillo Ballin (born June 24, 1944 in Padua, Italy; died April 12, 2020) was an Italian Roman Catholic bishop, missionary, educator and author. He is best known for serving as the Vicar Apostolic of the Apostolic Vicariate of Northern Arabia from 2001 until his death in 2020. In that capacity he led pastoral care, clergy formation and outreach to a widely diverse Catholic population in Gulf countries.

The Apostolic Vicariate of Northern Arabia encompasses Catholic pastoral responsibility for expatriate and local faithful across several Gulf states. As Vicar Apostolic, Ballin managed a small but critical diocesan structure tasked with celebrating the sacraments, establishing parishes and chaplaincies, supporting schools and charitable works, and negotiating the practical needs of worship in countries where Christianity is a minority presence. His role combined administrative oversight with pastoral attention to migrant workers and multi‑national congregations.

Ballin was widely regarded as a missionary bishop who emphasized education and the formation of local clergy and lay leaders. He authored pastoral materials and contributed to programs intended to improve catechesis and pastoral care among transient and settled Catholic communities.
