Sulabha Deshpande (Marathi: सुलभा देशपांडे; 1937 – 4 June 2016) was an Indian actress and theatre director whose career spanned stage, cinema and television. She became widely recognised for character roles in the 1970s parallel cinema movement and for a long association with Marathi theatre. Her screen appearances include notable films such as Bhumika (1977), Arvind Desai Ki Ajeeb Dastaan (1978) and Gaman (1978).

Deshpande built her reputation in the theatre, participating in experimental and socially engaged productions in regional Marathi theatre while also directing and nurturing younger performers.
