Overview
Arenac County is a county in the U.S. state of Michigan. It lies along the eastern Lower Peninsula where much of its boundary meets the waters of Saginaw Bay and Lake Huron. According to the 2010 census, the county had 17,269 residents. The county seat is Standish, a small community located near major north–south transportation routes.
