Fadil Avdullah Vokrri (23 June 1960 – 9 June 2018) was a leading figure in Kosovan football as both a player and an administrator. He built a reputation in the former Yugoslav leagues as an accomplished attacking player and later served as president of the Football Federation of Kosovo from 16 February 2008 until his death. Under his stewardship Kosovo achieved a significant step onto the international stage.

Vokrri began his footballing path at his local club Llap, then known as Lab Podujevo, before joining FC Pristina in 1980. He was widely regarded for his scoring ability and intelligence in attack.
