From there he moved into action films and comedies, often cast as a strong supporting character who combines toughness with a playful edge. His role choices span genres, from straight action to broad comedy, demonstrating range across different types of projects.
Television, voice work and later career
In addition to feature films, Weathers has maintained a steady presence on television and in voice acting. He has taken guest and recurring roles on a variety of series, and contributed his voice to animated projects and other media.
