Charles William "Bill" Young (December 16, 1930 – October 18, 2013) was an American politician who served as the U.S. Representative for Florida's 13th congressional district. A member of the Republican Party, he first entered Congress in 1971 and remained in office until his death in 2013, making him one of the longest-serving members from Florida.
